Cluster model of vertical integration as a way of development of branch of hop growing

Abstract

Goal. Development of the conceptual model of the regional hump cluster and the substantiation of the organizational and economic mechanism of interaction of its participants. Methods. Abstract-logical, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction. Results The model of the vertically integrated structure is developed, which will ensure the integrity of the interconnected processes of production, processing and sale of hop products in the form of unions, which will allow to obtain a synergistic effect, to concentrate resources, etc. Conclusions The development of the Khmellych cluster will help to optimize socio-economic, organizational and technological processes, which will enable the industry to improve the productivity of hop harvesting.
