Experience of innovation activities of institutions of agricultural science at the regional level

Abstract

Goal. To analyze the innovative activity of scientific institutions of NAAS at the regional level, to research introduction in innovative active segments of agricultural production of science-intensive products based on public-private partner­ships, and to find the ways of improvement of such activity. Coverage of the methodological principles, conceptual basis and main results of research in the innovative development and technology transfer in the network of research institutions at the regional level of NAAS. Methods. System analysis and synthesis of information for the replenishment of the case of the projects of the innovation areas and technology transfer. Scenario analysis of the terms of use of the innovation potential of institutions of agricultural science in the context of European integration. Results. Science-organizational conversion is shown in a network of research institutions at the regional level of NAAS, aimed at further development of the innovative component of their activity. Examples are given of efficient fulfillment of tasks in the sphere of testing, implementation and scientific-consultation support of innovation at the execution of the research program «Innovation development» (2016–2019). Conclusions. Based on the analysis of the innovative activity of institutions of NAAS at the regional level, the methodical base is formed, which covers all aspects of innovation development and creates preconditions for the development of mechanisms for their implementation. The obtained results are the scientific basis for the further innovative development of agricultural science.
