Scientific and innovative development of agricultural production of Ukraine: state and prospects

Abstract

Goal. To highlight the main results of scientific research on innovative development and technology transfer in the network of research institutions (RI) at the regional level and state enterprises of experimental farms (SEEF) of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine (NAAS) for 2021–2023 and to propose ways of development for 2024–2025. Methods. Methods of system analysis and generalization of information were used to replenish the case of innovative projects and technology transfer. They conducted a scenario analysis of the conditions for using the innovative potential of agricultural science institutions in the conditions of European integration. Results. The main results of scientific research on the issues of innovative development and transfer of technologies in the network of RI of the regional level and SEEF of NAAS for 2021–2023 were analyzed. Measures for the development of innovative activities for the period 2024–2025 were proposed. Conclusions. Based on the results of the analysis of the innovative activity of regional-level institutions of NAAS, a methodological base was formed that covers all aspects of innovative development and creates prerequisites for the development of mechanisms for their implementation. The obtained results can serve as a scientific-organizational basis for further innovation-investment development of agrarian science.
