Ukraine's integration into the common agricultural market of the EU: opportunities and challenges

Abstract

Goal. To determine the main features of Ukraine’s integration into the common agricultural market of the EU, to substantiate ways of accelerating integration processes. Methods. Dialectical and logical methods of scientific knowledge of integration processes and phenomena, comparative characteristics with agrarian politicians of Ukraine and the EU, and a systemic approach of generalization and interaction of elements of European integration are used. Results. The main features of the integration of the agrarian sphere of Ukraine into the EU are outlined, and the ways of efficient entry of the state into the European system of cooperation are substantiated. Conclusions. Attention is focused on the main differences in the functioning of the socio-economic systems of agro-industrial and rural development of Ukraine and the EU. The importance and ways of rapprochement with the common agrarian policy of the EU are substantiated. Research results can be used by state administration and management bodies in the processes of European integration.
