Abstract
Goal. Based on the analysis of global trends in the genesis of smart technologies in agriculture, to determine the priority directions for the development of the technical and technological base of agro-industrial production in Ukraine, aimed at increasing business efficiency and ensure food security of the state. Methods. The methodological basis of the study were monographic, system analysis, comparative descriptive and abstract methods, which made it possible to generalize the world and national trends in the development of precision agriculture and intelligent agriculture, to assess the level of implementation of innovative technical and technological solutions in the agricultural sector of Ukraine, to justify the strategic directions of development of accurate agroengineering in the context of sustainable production. Results. An analytical study of the development of the components of intellectual agriculture in the world and the peculiarities of their application in Ukraine was carried out. Strategic directions of development in the field of precision agroengineering to ensure sustainable food production and compliance with the European Green Deal were outlined, which had to be based on the potential of domestic agribusiness, engineering, and science. The leading role of state strategic management in the development of engineering and technical support of the latest agricultural production technologies was emphasized. Conclusions. Intelligent agriculture is a new stage in the genesis of technical and technological support, based on a combination of innovative technologies, state strategic management, and the development of national engineering potential. It is the concerted action of these components that will determine the effectiveness of the innovative renewal of agro-industrial production and its competitiveness. A qualitatively new model of techno-technological renewal of the production base of agriculture to harmonize the goals of technical modernization with the national priorities of food security and agrarian policy should be based not only on technological innovations, but also on the system of state planning, regulatory support, and institutional support. The level of state support will determine the pace and quality of transformation of agricultural production systems.
