Abstract
The purpose. To study processes of formation and development of institute of pay for land and features of assessment of lands. Methods. Analysis, generalization. Results. Influence of paid land-use on state of use and protection of land reserves, and also aftereffect of realization of indexing of assessment of lands for 1996-2014. Conclusions. The necessity is considered of building National fund of protection of lands of Ukraine and change of acting legal field concerning indexing of lands of agricultural assignment and other classes of land reserves.
