Heightening technological level of gear pumps of agricultural machinery

Abstract

The purpose. On the basis of experience in designing gear pumps to determine main routes of development of constructions of gear pumps for the further heightening technological level of agricultural machinery. Methods. Analysisof experience of theoretical, experimental and engineering developments of gear pumps of agricultural machinery. Results. Main ways of development of gear pump are: raise of pressure of hydraulic medium, explicated by the pump; increase of specific enclosed volume and power; raise of a coefficient of admission; lowering pulsing of instantfeed and pressure; noise abatement during operation of the pump that will heighten technological level of gear pumps of agricultural machinery. Conclusions. Main ways of the further development of gear pumps of agricultural machinery are offered. They allow at minimum expenditures within the limits of traditional designer schemes to increase essentially technological level of gear pumps of agricultural machinery.
