Institutional principles for circulation of agricultural lands in Ukraine

Abstract

Objective. Establish the structure of the institute and the institution of agricultural land circulation taking into account the principles that determine the basis for the formation and functioning of this institute. Methods. Historical, monographic, abstract-logical. Results The imperfection, and in some cases, the lack of institutional legal provision generates many problems in the field of agricultural land circulation. Conclusions For the proper functioning of the agricultural land management institute, we need to develop a well-balanced and scientifically grounded institutional provision of land relations in Ukraine.
